Suggest Treatment For Decreased Hearing

Okay so my right ear was infected after a cold and I have lowered hearing and can hear my mouth moving from the inside, it has lots of pressure but as days were going the right ear started to get better (started using nasal spray) but today i was trying to get my right ear fully fit by pinching my nose and closing my mouth then exhaling but while doing that my left ear's hearing decreased even more than my right ear's! But it doesn't seem to be like my right ear, I don't hear things deeper and more like from the inside like in my right ear. Any suggestions how to unblock my left ear?

Hello

Yes, you may be suffering from an eustachian tube dysfunction , which is a normal tube between your ear and nose and this type of dysfunction is commonly seen after a cold.i would like you to continue your nasal sprays ans would like you to take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. i would like you to stop the exercises for the time being. If your left ear does not open up in a day or two , please meet your ent doctor for further advice and guidance.

Thanks
