Suggest Treatment For Dead Sperms In Semen Analysis
salam sir i am 28 year old i have married before three years but my result is nil to born child
my all sperm are dead please need your advice

Thanks for query.
You have Asthenoteratospermia with all the sperms being dead sperms .
You need to consult qualified Andrologist or Urologist for clinical examination and to find out the cause of dead sperms.
It takes 3 months to form mature live sperms from the germ cells in testis .This process is controlled by many hormones secreted in the body like L.H and F.S.H by pituitary gland in brain and Testosterone by testis,Thyroid hormone etc .
You need to do following basic tests to fined out cause for dead sperms .
1)Blood tests to estimate levels of these hormones .
2) Semen examination and culture to rule out infection .
Further treatment will depend upon the cause of dead sperms .

hello user, i understand your concern. your semen analysis report shows - low motility and vitality of sperms , which may be the cause of your inability to have children till now. you are advised to consult a specialist reproductive endocrinologist/ infertility specialist for further evaluation and treatment as many a times some kind of infections , inflammations and obstructions may be there which are reversible with treatment. meanwhile keeping away from smoking , alcohol - going for a 30 min moderate exercise daily - having a lot of water - fresh fruits and vegetables help too- for some patients antioxidants suplements like tablet ferteez works too.
