Suggest Treatment For Dark Yellow Urination And Hair Loss

55 yr old incomplete quad with total feeling of 42 yrs, wore indwelling catheter for 39 yrs, now have urostomy. Urologist sent me to a kidney doctor due to low blood sodium 128 also have low potassium 2.1. Dr put me on fluid restriction of 50 ml /day from previous 3 & 1/2 liters/day. Side effects of this is the return of autonomic dysreflexia daily, dark yellow urine with strong odor, graying at base of stoma, increase of spasms, back, leg and joint pain, drying of skin, hair loss and not to mention severe constipation. Dr refuses to consider any other alternatives. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Urologist 's  Response
Before I suggest any management I would like to know the cause of indwelling catheter for 39 years and now urostomy, daily urine output, renal function test reports, and ultrasound KUB.
Restriction of water intake will obviously lead to yellowish urine, abdominal discomfort and spasm, constipation.

Regards,
Dr Sumit
