Hello and welcome to HCM,
Application of sun-screen should be continued all day long.
Sun-screen should be re-applied after every 4-6 hours.
The hyper-pigmentation under eyes and on forehead can be decreased by cosmetic treatment.
Now-a-days laser treatment is available to reduce scars and hyper-pigmentation of skin.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a cosmetologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja Puri
