Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dark patches on your face . The symptoms you mention in query are due to hyperpigmentation , which occur due to many reasons like excessive sun exposure , side effect of medicine , hormonal changes or post inflammatory hyper pigmentation . I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week to remove the dead skin , wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day then apply cream containing kojic acid ( kojivit ) cream . Also apply vitamin E oil before going to bed . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist again for proper examination and rule out some underlying disease . Doctor may recommend laser therapy or chemical peeling .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
