Suggest Treatment For Dandruff

sir, i am a 18 year old boy,about 182 cm height and 76 kg weight.my problem is severe dandruff in plaque form.can i get rid of it fast?? any natural methods or kz lotion .i do not want to try heavy chemicals as dandruff is also causing hairfall at a fast rate...please help

hi there.
1.you can try sebamed anti dandruff shampoo.
2. use it weekly twice and wash your scalp with soft water.
3. avoid hair oil application after head bath.
4. pollution will flare the dandruff.
wash your scalp regularly.
