Hi, I'm sorry for very serious health condition of your father. You reported a neurological condition compatible with an extensive brain damage caused by head trauma and cardiac arrest.
Unfortunately, there are no ways to brain tissue regeneration significantly. Seizures and loss of consciousness denote the extensive brain injury. This degree of injury can even lead to brain death. If a patient with extensive brain injuries survive neurological sequelae often severe, with the patient becoming bedridden, without talking, with a high degree of dependence on others for bathing, eating, dressing.
I believe that your family will need your strength to get through this period of difficulty.
I wish wisdom and peace for you and your family. I am available for other questions.
