I recently had an ultrasound and the discovery was that I have cysts and fibroids on my ovaries and uterus... My question is can this be cancerous and what would be the best treatment for this? I also suffer from irregular periods and on a scale of 1 to 10 in abdominal cramps pain would be a 20

Regarding the diagnosed ovarian cyst please see a gynecologist for further assessment and adequate drug prescription
You can take some multivitamins folic acid pending your appointment
Concerning the uterine fibroid I strongly believe you will need a surgical procedure called myomectomy for the removal of the fibroid
