Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne On Face
Hello doctor , I have a big acne cyst on my face I already taken all treeatment from last 1 .5 years but no use it having diameter of 3cm please guide
some doctor are telling it was an abscess but no pus is coming its thick layer of skin with redissh color

Cystic acne is a severe form of acne and requires combined medical and surgical approach.
Isotretinoin works well in such cases.
Also the cysts need to be drained and if there are nodules, steroid injections will help.
