Hi,
I understand your concern.
painless Bartholin cyst does not need treatment except for cleanliness /local hygiene to prevent infection of the cyst. An intact cyst which is not painful is not likely to cause obstruction in vaginal delivery.
But I am worried by your information that it had blood & no fluid . Is is opened? was it drained previously ? If so you need to visit your doctor & get it treated /incised ,so that it will heal before your delivery.
I find this answer helpful
