Suggest Treatment For Cylindrical Power On Both Eyes

I am 22 yrs old and never in my life wore specs before. Recently, I was diagnosed with Dry Eye Syndrome (Reason: High usage of Laptop @ Workplace). My doctor prescribed me with Artificial tears and lubrex gel for keeping my eye lubricated all the time. I have been using those drops and gel for about a week now but pain didn t seem to get reduced. So, i visited him once again, now he told me that i have -.25 Cylindrical power on both my eyes and prescribed me with Glasses. How to get this power issue cured???.. Mentally i do not know whether am ready for wearing glasses since, i have not wore them even a single time before.

Usually its very rare that eye has perfect power, most supposedly normal will have a power around +/- .25 D. Normally our eye can accommodate such small powers well. It starts showing symptoms once it is fatigued by work.

Blink a lot, take a break every 90 mins and have good sleep.

Regarding specs, cylinders produce lot more symptoms than sphericals and -.25D is not significant power so buy a pair of cool frame and wear when you working only.
