Suggest Treatment For Cross Eye

i noticed cross eye / lazy eye in my 3 yrs old son and saw an optometrist.
i was surprised she found both of his eyes are poor.
R : = 5-1-180
L: 3-0.5-180
and he is wearing glass.
my question is :

can he improve his eyes in the future , is there any treatment for cross eye ?

Hello. Thank you for your question. He is young enough that the problem can be corrected. The method of correction depends on the severity, and how well he responds to each treatment plan. Glasses are a good place to start. I recommend you have him seen by a good ophthalmologist who will be able to discuss all if the treatment options with you.
