Suggest Treatment For Cramps, Numbness And Headaches

I have cramps, numbness. they normally start when i am sleeping, i rarely have good sleep. at times i can t write, my right arm is always weak and tired. i have headaches, the pain has been there for the past 2 weeks, its mainly on the right side, behind the ear

Brief....You may need multivitamin and tab.Gabapentine
Detail.Your symptoms can be because of Vitamin B12 deficiency or sternocleidomastoid musle spasm or disc prolapse...I would suggest you to get Vitamin B12 level checked , and MRI spine first ,also you need to evaluate for sternocleidomastoid syndrome by nearby doctor.
For pain and numbness relieve you can use tab naproxen and tab gabapentine.
Dose should be according to your weight and age.
Plz do not hesitate to discuss further..

I understand your concern.
- The numbness/pain/weakness in your right hand/ head ache seems to be due to nerve compression supplying to right hand .
This can happen in -
- cervical spondelitis,cervical rib on right side ( diagnosed by Xray Cervical region Lateral/A/P view. Or injury to Ulnar nerve at elbow level- due to wrong posture.
- consult an Orthopedic doctor , for physical examination & X ray--Tto be followed by specific treatment.
Usually Pain killers, vitamin B12 , calcium &Vit. D supplements, physical therapy helps.
Surgery is done in no relief.
