Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you have vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. You should get your vitamin D and calcium checked to know there deficiencies. I empirically give my such patients EVIONLC, Mecobalamin, Vitamin D3 and calcium. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is given for pain relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
