Suggest Treatment For Cramps, Fatigue And Nausea

Hi so my period is 4 days late. I have mild cramping, very fatigued, and was nauseous around the time my period was due. I took a test yesterday evening but it was negative. I don t not have sore breasts at all and I m not under any stress or had weight gain or loss to cause my period to be late. Should I take another test or brush this off?

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have delayed period ...So yes repeat pregnancy test needed ...

Because urinary pregnancy test positive after 7 to 10 days of delayed period. ...

So repeat test after week...

If pregnancy negative than detail history needed with physical and pelvic examination....

Diabetics , excess exercise , hormonal imbalance , anorexia like causes has to be investigated if pregnancy negative ....

Take care

Advise : gynecologist consultation for examination.....
