Suggest Treatment For Cracks Between Toes And Itchy Feet

I m diabetic and for the last week I ve had cracks between my pinky toe and the next one. The one on the right has almost healed, kept it dry and applied lotramin . The left foot is getting worse. There is no sign of infection. It does itch and burn a little. Should I use a cream to moisten it or a powder to keep it dry. I wash my feet twice a day, I wear open toed sandals and socks. The rest of my feet are in great shape. My sugar levels have been normal. From 79 to 123. I m using a spray powder now that s for athletes foot. The rest of my feet do not itch or burn.

HI
Well come to HCM
With history of diabetes and some lesion of foot one need to be very much alert for this, if this is not infection then it is okay but care need to be taken for infection and for that keep the area very much clean apply some antiseptic agent, in my opinion better to see the doctor, hope this information helps, take care.
