Suggest Treatment For Coughing Caused By Food Stuck In Wind Pipe
I was talking and laughing on the phone and eating/chewing some almonds at the same time. I started violently coughing for 2 minutes and became okay Except I can t stop coughing. It s the middle of the night and I can t sleep because of the coughing. Is something still stuck or did some of the food make it way into my lungs?

it looks that due to first contact of food the epiglottis git irritaed and inflamed causing you the cough the cough subsided but the epiglottis got inflamed and as you eat the movement of inflamed epiglottis causes problem
even saliva going down get problem
in my opinion you need shoprt course of steroids with anti allergic tab and bronchodilator cough syp for few days to cover this in my opinion
