Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of Upper respiratory tract infection is more.
So better to avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid hard to chew food.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Start antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs.
You will mostly improve in 1 week time.
If not improving than consult doctor and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray to rule out lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI).
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
