Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Such type of night time cough of long duration is typically seen in allergic conditions, postnasal drip.Loose motions could be due to amoxycillin which he is taking.Vomiting can occur after coughing in children.
This type of cough can reduce by giving him along course of levoctrizine ang leukotriene inhibitors.Sometimes we give inhalers for some time.
Happy to help you
Best regards
