General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome
If a similar case presented to my clinic, I would'nt start antibiotics straight away. Although the fever is high, most commonly it is due to viral infections. Keep symptomatic treatment of paracetamol and sinarest for couple of days more. You can give paracetamol 5ml 3-4 times in a day, avoid any more. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, then you must visit a child specialist and get proper prescription with dosages.
Keep the baby hydrated. Maintain strict sanitation and hand hygiene. Talk to your doctor about flu vaccinations in next visit.

Hope I solved Your query.
Thank you so much.
Wishing your child good health.
