Suggest Treatment For Cough And Nasal Congestion
I ve had a cough for couple days, started with sneezing runny nose heavy congestion. That s gone now and I have developed a cough. No fever, Dr. called in z-pack. I m on third day. When I cough I hear this crackling, bubbling, rumbling! I hear it when I exhale. What could this be?

1 a course of penicillin group of antibiotic(preferably augumentin)
2 antihistamines (levocetrizine)
3 decongestants (phenylpropanolamine)
4 expectorant syrup (bromhexine)
5 saline gargles
