Suggest Treatment For Cough And Flu In Kid

hi, my 3 month old son was immunized last week on friday. we both had a bit of cough and flu. the next day he had a high temp. took him to doc. was given antibiotics coz they found a bacterial infection. he had diarrhea and was vomiting two days ago. now seems to be fine but with a bad cough. this morning he slept at 8 and it is 12:07 he's still sleeping. should i wake him up? no temperature.
