Suggest Treatment For Corneal Ulcer

Hi, I was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer on fri. I am doing much better with the pain ( they prescribed vigamox) and redness. It feels like it is healing pretty well. Still some photophobia with natural light, and one good sized red spot on the white of my eye. I also feel really run down and have been sleeping for at least 12 hours a night. I have been running a small fever this entire time 99.6 at clinic and 99.2 now ( both on vicadin). Is this normal?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your diagnosed with corneal ulcer.
The general treatment for corneal ulcer is done by use of analgesic tablets, cycloplegic eye drops for relief from pain and photophobia.
The specific treatment depends on the cause of corneal ulcer like bacteria, fungus, virus... Hence this requires examination for confirmation of diagnosis both by clinically and by microbiological investigations.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
