Suggest Treatment For Controlling High Blood Pressure
Hello there, Just wondering .... I stopped my blood pressure meds about a month ago. For a few weeks my pressure has been around 135/85.... Just a few days ago it's been around 151-161/90.. Also my thyroid is under active (hypo) had a baby 14 months ago tsh is 38-36 ..t3 and t4 is normal . Please help
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that at the movement it is advisable to monitor the blood pressure it the systolic goes beyond the 140 mm/Hg and diastolic goes beyond the 90 mm/Hg but this range of blood pressure can be controlled with the diet alone, and changing the life style, no need to take medicine if the blood pressure is uncontrolled then you need to take the medicines take care and have a nice day
