Suggest Treatment For Continued Diarrhoea

my husband has had diarrhea going on 4 days now. I know he is geting dehydrated based on what he is telling me even though I told him to drink some Gatoraide. His stool is watery and he has had several incontinent episodes last night. He is belching, no fever, and he is complaining that his stomach hurts.
