Suggest Treatment For Constipation

i have rectal burning and pain during bowel movement also constipation and hard stool.Have tried varaious stool softners and laxatives to help does not seem to help .Stool is hard and have to strain like pushing bowling ball through garden hose.Ihave cancer and am going through chemo right now i have hard stools and pain .

Hi if stool softeners do not work from above, try a glycerine suppository inserted from below. It may work. Also lubricate your gloved finger with glycerine and gently try to remove hard stools. And apply a lidocaine cream locally for pain.
Increasing fibre intake will help in long run. You have not mentioned which cancer. Regards
