Suggest Treatment For Constipation
My father is not able pass stools for 1 week now, doctor suggested Cremaffin Plus. just to give background my father has undergone Liver resection surgery for HCC reasons 45 days back and also he has moderate ascites post surgery..I need solution for passing stools

i would like to address your concerns as
first of all
1) give kleen enema now and for consecutive days......this will relieve constipation
2) give plenty of fluids
3) give isphagul husk 2 teaspoon thrice daily
4) give syrup lactulose 15 ml twice daily
5) give syrup cremafin 2 tsf twice daily
in case constipation relieves and loose motions develop then decrease the doses and medicine step wise.......
