Suggest Treatment For Constipation

im having problems with my bowels functioning it can take anything upto a week or more to have a bowel movement and when i do have a bowel movement i have this whitr substance wrapped around my stool sometimes wen im trying to poo i get this orangy sticky jelly like substance comin out and its sarting to freak me out a lil bit now i have been on treatment for fetal impaction as im on a methodone reduction n i believe methodone make you constipated so ive started a methodone reduction programme which im now down to 30mls i thought with reducing and being clean tht i might get dioreah but no im in constant pain with tummy ache nausea back achrs pains in y sides n its doin my nuttin do you think something could be wrong

Welcome to health care magic,

It might be possible that you have your normal bacterial flora get disturbed as result of the methadone reduction programme.

This thing might cause your constipation occasionally.

you may go for some routine blood works and stool examination for routine microscopy,ova and cyst.

First you start having light food with high fiber diet like salads (cucumber,cabbage, carrots).

You may take laxatives or purgatives like syrup cremaffin plus 3TSF in night time to have a effortless bowel evacuation.

Drink excess of water and fruit juices.

Consult your physician if constipation remains persistent and for further advice.
