Hello,

I understand your concern. A child with constipation is not a happy child.
Cremaffin is ok to use in children and babies but only occasionally and NOT for long term use. The reason for this is that Cremaffin contains liquid paraffin, which, with regular use can inhibit the absorption of some vitamins in bowel.
For a long term solution, I recommend you adjust your child's diet to one containing more fiber (more fruit and vegetables), more water and less sugary drinks. Also, if the child is potty trained, putting them on the potty in regular intervals is very important in training the bowel.

Wishing you all the best
