Suggest Treatment For Constipation Due To Adderall Usage

I am on Adderall and it has caused some bowel issues. From constipation to diarrhoea, it changes day to day. After a rather gross BM I turned my shower wand on low and used it as a douche. Not an enema, those are not good I have heard. No holding in water. Just in and out. Gently, no discomfort at all. Noticed after my shower my anal sphincter is deep purple. Cause?

Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine that may be used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)...Among its side effects, consipation has been described.However, the initial management of consipation is feeding habits modification.I will suggest you try the following:
-Take anough fluids(water, juice)
-Eat healthy with fibers
-Regular fitness exercises
-Take fruits like pawpaw, oranges, water melon but avoid taking much fruits like bananas that may rather constipate.
These measure may help you control your constipation.
