Hi there, My name is Maria, and I hope you can help. It's a bit embarrassing, but I've been very constipated the last 5-6 months, regular bowel movements for the last couple of months for me now is between 5-7 days, sometimes up to 10 days until I go. As you can imagine, it's very painful not to mention uncomfortable, and I usually pass a bit of bright red blood at the end, which I know due to a couple of drops on the toilet bowl rim and the toilet tissue, however recently I've noticed blood clots in my stools. I'm starting to get worried. What should I do?
