Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Abdomen Swelling

I have chills, abdomen swelling, constipated, and
urge to urinate... I am in pain in my stomach area and my food is not digesting.... I am 53... I just had colon surgery in December- colon prolapsed...
I feel off balance as well with tingling in my arms, hands, feet and legs//
