Suggest Treatment For Constipation After Diet Change

Hi Doc, Last month i have moved to new city bcoz of new job. I have changed my Diet plan after being here. Morning: Oats (neer had before) Afternoon: Chapatti, Rice, Vegitables. Dinner: Chicken Fried rice, Chicken Noodels. 7 days once alcohal 60-90 ml From past 4 days i was feeling like i will get constipation, but everything was normal. Today i ve noticed blood in my stool(Shit, Poop) and Blood with mucus. Blood was clotted and light red. Im not feeling any pain. Should i need to change my Diet pan, please suggest me. Thank you!

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
One reason why you could be experiencing constipation with the change of diet could be due to lack of enough dietary fibres.
Hence, due to constipation, you are having certain amount of mucosal injuries in the anal canal, which has resulted in passage of blood in stools.
Kindly take more of raw vegetable salads and fruits in the diet to improve your intake of dietary fibres. Also, you need to improve your intake of water and fluids regularly.
You can take stool softner laxatives in the form of Isapgol Husk powder at bedtime to get relieved from constipation, when necessary.
