Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Acidity And Stomach Pain
Sir I have constipation problem from about 3 years. I do not take a relax bathroom. Sometimes it came on right time but not relaxed I may feel that I passed the tool maybe half and half is in my stomach. When it goes better sometime i got accidity problem,gas problem,stomach pain and someothers. Please suggest me

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
You basically have the problem of sense of incomplete evacuation and acidity with gases and stomach pains.
Since you are suffering for a long time of 3 years you need the following in such a situation:
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid, liver and diabetes.
Test of stool for three consecutive days and tests of urine.
X-ray of abdomen, Ultrasonography and CT scan.
Colonoscopy and upper GI Endoscopy.
If all the tests are normal then you most probably have IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome and the basic cause is stress and anxiety which needs correction at any cost. Go for medications or yoga and so on.
If something specific is found during the course of investigations you will be treated accordingly.
