Four days ago Sunday I began having vomiting x3 and constant diarrhea. It stopped Monday evening. I was unable to tolerate foods. Everything made me nauseous. I ve since continued to have nausea with nearly every meal. Granola bars seem to be the only thing I can keep down. This morning I began having sharp constipation like pains. The diarrhea began again, stool is normal in color. I have developed I feel a dehydration migraine, I have tried keeping fluids down with success but when I tried taking ibuprofen (only nsaid I take) my stomach began burning and feeling as though it was going to rupture.
