Suggest Treatment For Constant Stomach Pain
hi my mother is 48 years old and suffering from stomach pain since long time. she went to gastroenterology and done endoscopy ,u/s abdomen scan everything is normal, but pain not reduced it increases after eating. her esr count is 40 and lymphocyte count is 45 and hb% is 9.2. what might be the cause please help me

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen pain could be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
