Suggest Treatment For Constant Sinus Drainage Down The Back Of Throat

I have constant sinus drainage down the back of my throat. Been occuring for about 9 years now I ve tried every single OTC medicine available and have become basically immune to them all and take way to many pills just to keep it under control. I ve been to 4 different ear,nose,throat doctors all have told me it s just something stuck in my sinuses and tell me to rinse with saline and refuse to do an allergy test for me. Well saline doesn t work I rinse 3-4 times a week on top of taking Daily 12-15 benadryl as well as 12-15 chlortabs and 4-5 500mg zantac they prescribed me to help with the acid reflux the drainage causes. Since they all claim I don t need an allergy test is there any recommendation from you bcuz I need to put an end to all this pill taking bcuz I know it is not good for me

As per your complain it seems that sinus drainage down the throat is most probably due to infection in the sinuses leading to Sinusitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Do warm compresses around nostrils..
