Suggest Treatment For Constant Back Pain

I'm 29 years, female. For past 5 years I'm suffering from constant back pain which initially started from a point on the left side of my upper back, beside the spinal cord, gradually spreading all over the upper back. There were no injuries as far my knowledge goes.I got a x ray, scan and MRI done but the reports came out to be normal except for a slight degeneration of bone on the spine. I was under orthopedic treatment and went through physiotherapy session but didn't help.Consulted a neuro-psychiatrist and was under medication for about a year to boost the serotonin level but was in vain.Presently taking clonazepam 10 mg, escitalopram 10 mg (for about a year)but the pain doesn't subside. Please suggest.Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I cancluded that you are having chronic backache. You are investigated by x ray,MRI all came. I think you should get your vitamin D3 level as vitamin D3 deficiency is important cause of backache. If found low you can take its supplements. Till then you can take supplements of vitamin and trace elements and back excercises. You can take analgesic such as diclofenac for pain relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us . I will be happy to help you.
