Suggest Treatment For Cold , Nose Bleed And Headache

hi first i wanted to say thanks for your services... about couple weeks ago during a bad cold my headache started. it usually happens when i use my computer and actually i use it a lot and few days later suddenly my nose bleed for a minute or two. and this morning when i woke up it bleed again. thank you

I think that you have a sinus related infection. This is why you may be having the migraines and the nose bleeding that you are having. Here are a few things you can try to heal the sinus infection to help you:
Inhale steam which will help clear the nasal passages
Take tablet Cetirizine 10 mg every night to help you
Drink lots of water
Sleep well
