Suggest Treatment For Cold , Fatigue And Cough

Is it possible to have a viral infection like a cold, or an allergic reaction to pollen, without the symptoms of coughing, sneezing, or runny nose? In these situations (or at least what I think are these situations) the symptoms are fatigue, tired eyes, sometimes dizziness or nausea, and an overall feeling of illness, but none of the usual symptoms.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Allergic reactions can manifest in different ways including the symptoms that you have mentioned.

Viral infections can also have these symptoms but usually along with additional symptoms that would pinpoint the source of the infection.

You can consider the use of an antihistamine to see if this helps you.

I hope this helps
