Suggest Treatment For Cold Due To Weather Change

im 10 weeks pregant and i have a reallt bad stuffed up nose due to the weather change in my city, i only get like this when it gose from nice and cool to real hot outside, and right now it is hard for me to sleep, is there any thing i can take the wont effect the baby but will help me battle my stuffed up nose?

I can understand your health concern.
I would advice you to use saline nasal drops. Put 1-3 drops in each nostril tilting your head to the opposite sides. The nasal saline loosens the mucus collected in nose and also acts as decongestant.
Most importantly, its highly safe and has no risk for baby because it just acts locally.
It may cause slight irritation at nasal skin. So please wipe the spilled out saline from your nose.
