Suggest Treatment For Cold, Dry Cough, Hearing Sounds From Chest And Tiredness

Hi, I have been sick for 2 weeks, I was thinking it was a cold, but it got worse, I have a dry caugh, my air ways are very dry and when I Breath I hear a sound from my chest, I also get tired quick, and cant catch my breath, I have taken over the counter meds and several types of tea, but nothing works, I don't have insurance and don't know what to do now, Please advice whant should I do, Thank you so much, Maria

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having bronchitis mainly due to bacterial infection.
You might require one course of antibIotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Take cough syrup to get symptomatic relief from cough.
Do deep breathing exercises.
Avoid cold drinks, fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
