Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of frequent cold, cough and fever which is mainly because of respiratory tract infection along with increased susceptibility of getting infected.

Need not to worry about it. You should visit pediatrician once and get it examined and go for chest X-ray, paranasal sinus x-ray along with blood and sputum test of child. You should start with proper course of antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications for child. Avoid giving child cold beverages and spicy and sharp food. Give child proper rest without any discomfort. Give water after every few mins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
