Suggest Treatment For Cold And Numbness In The Leg
I noticed the outside of my left leg feels numb and cold. Started on and off about a week ago. Today is the worst, has lasted most of the day. I am young, 22, female and in good health. No injury in legs right now. Confused what it might be and if I should bother going to doctor?

please get a vitamin B12 estimation done, also an MRI of the lower back will indicate if there are any reasons originating from the spinal cord.
