My boyfriend is 20 years young an he had came home last night from work....i had heard his deep breathing i woke up in an instand, looking at him he was shaking like he was cold and he looked like he wanted to collapes...he didnt take a shower nor was it cold at all i grabbed him before he had fell n layed him on the bed..he was in pain i had asked him whats the matter he told me he had came home from work sat down on the computer all the sudden he had a charlie horse...and his whole body began to shake...when he had told me this i helped him take a hot shower after he still had pain on his knees

You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, ESR, CRP. You may need clinical examination also to confirm diagnosis. X ray knee will help in further diagnosis.
