Hello. So i have had a pretty severe cold the last few days consisting of chills, deep cough, sneezing, body aches, nausea , and a big time runny nose. I blew my nose A LOT!!!! Im feeling better on the third day but have a small bumpy rash that is painful underneath my left nostril that is clearly from blowing too much. wandering what my options are to clear it up as fast as i can. I remember this same thing happened to me once before last year and it took a couple weeks for it to completely heal!! yikes. ANy help is appreciated.
