Suggest Treatment For Cold And Back Pain

hi! i am 49 years old male. i got cold since 2006. i visited my family doctor , they say i have asthma, others say i hv alergy . and still i hv cough . doctor gave me ihaller costoroid. but if s not fully recovering me . month 2 before i ahd middle back lower pain ---can u pls advise me what to do ?

As per your complaint of cold since long and to rulee out asthma you should done pilmonary function test PFT to diagnose asthma.
For asthma according to severity you have to take inhaller steroids and other medicines.
For asthma you should avoid too much chill weather, avoid cold beverages, avoid allergen like dust, etc. Avoid stress. As these are the precipitating factors for asthma.
And consult pulmonologist for proper guidance and medicines..
