Suggest Treatment For Cluster Headache And Chronic Sinusitis
I had a couple of bad headaches this week that resulted in bleeding on the white of the eye. It started in the corner and since then has spread around the Iris top & bottom. I was awakened by the pain on two occasions last night and this morning. The intense pain lasts about 15 minutes then subsides. I have been diagnosed in the past with cluster headaches (an MRI did not reveal anything) and chronic sinusitis, though it is not active at this time( mucous, sneezing, big head puffiness soreness around the eye) Only at the time of the headache is there pain behind the eye. I have been using ice compresses when it s real bad, but otherwise it goes away in 15 minutes.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that the eye bleeding could also be related to high blood pressure.
I recommend you to closely monitor you blood pressure during the day.
Regarding cluster headache, I recommend starting verapamil, which can be really helpful in the prevention of cluster headache. You should continue taking it for at least 3 months. During the attacks oral indomethacine intake can be very helpful (if you have no contraindications to that).
Regarding chronic sinusitis, I recommend consulting with the ENT specialist and performing further tests (sinus discharge bacterial culture), to find the cause and choose the best treatment options.
