Suggest Treatment For Clogged Ears And Fluid In Ears

Hi. I had a bad sinus infection in the spring and my sinuses were so inflamed that my ear plugged off and then went to my eye and my eye swelled up. It was horrific! Now I thought that my ears were plugged so I went to Dr yesterday and she said that I have fluid in my ear again. So why and what can I do abou it! I am very frustrated

Hi..
Greetings of the day...
I can understand your pain...in my practice I have treated many conditions like this successfully.... The infection from sinuses can spread to eyes because of their close location to sinuses...and from sinuses infection can spread to ears through a tube called Eustachian tube....
I recommend following treatment ...
1.a course of antibiotics to treat your sinus infection ...
2. Tab levocetrizine with phenylephrine combination to open up your eustachian tube so that the fluid in the ear will clear..
3. Oxymetazoline nasal drops three drops three times daily for 7 days...
4. Valsalva maneuver . .blow air into mouth while pinch and close your nose and close your mouth also so that you can hear a pop up in the ear...this exercise will clear the fluid the ear...do this 7 to 8 times day...for 7 days..
5.if the condition is getting worse then a CT SCAN OF NOSE AND SINUSES to see spreading sinus infection..
Wish you a speedy recovery... And good health...
Any questions you can always feel free to ask at HCM...
