Hi I had a vomiting problem last year and Dr did a breathe test & then put me on 2 week course of tablets and after a horrible few months a finally was over it but then I had a extra bad one yesterday and it was exactly the same can you give me an idea what was or is wrong with me I was told by a backyard Dr my bowel could of overflowed into my stomach is that right. Please help I don't know what to believe.
Dear- thanks for using our system. Your vomit could be due to slow digestion and bloating of your intestine but not overflowed bowels. However , if the digestion is slow, then your stomach is not emptying the food content to the intestine normally and that can give you an overflow sensation. It looks that you had the breathe test and H.pylori was diagnosed, for which you had the 2 weeks treatment of the H.pylori protocol. However, sometimes is not enough and you need a second set of treatment to eliminate the bacteria. I would suggest to have an evaluation with a gastroenterologist for further treatment. I hope that my advise has been helpful Dr.Sara
